 and This 50-hour advanced anatomy & biomechanics yoga module will take you a little deeper into the anatomy of yogaposes. Not only will we break down yoga asana for you in all the anatomical nitty gritty, we will also look at the specific anatomy of transitions and physical assists, delve into the wonderful world chronic illnesses and how yoga fits in the picture. With extensive ashtanga, pranayama and meditation practices in the morning and yummy yin yoga evenings, lots of practical application and interactive lectures, these days are packed with exciting learning and yogic indulgence.

who can join our 50-hour advanced anatomy & biomechanics module

Anyone with a dedicated yoga practice, completed a 200-hour YTT. It is important to have some recollection of the anatomy part of the course as this course builds on basic knowledge of anatomy. This 50-hour anatomy & biomechanics module is part of the modular 300-hour advanced YTTC. More information on that course HERE.

This course counts towards a Yoga Alliance RYT 300 certification when done in combination with the other modules. Alternatively this course can eventually be registered as Yoga Alliance YACEP continuing education.
