In this 50-hour pranayama & breathwork module we delve into the different forms of breathing practices that we encounter in the wonderful of wellness these days. From traditional pranayama practices, to breathwork, Buteyko breathing, hyper and hypo ventilation. We discuss pros and cons, health benefits, both for mental and physical health, how to practice and how to guide and support a breath practice. You will understand the workings of the breath from a science based point of view and consequently be a more knowledgeable and informed practitioner and/or guide.

8 online (recorded or live-streamed) Yin Yoga classes with Yaisa in your own time and at your own pace

7:30 – 9:30 asana/pranayama/meditation morning practice
10:00 – 12:30 anatomy, physiology & techniques
13:30 – 16:30 breath based workshop/teaching methodology/practicum
17:00 – 18:30 evening asana & breath practice

who can join our 50-hour pranayama & breathwork module

Anyone with a dedicated yoga practice, wanting to finally get to the bottom of their own and their students’ breath, deepen their knowledge and experience with breath based practices. This 50-hour pranayama & breathwork module is part of the modular 300-hour advanced YTTC. More information on that course HERE.

This course counts towards a Yoga Alliance RYT 300 certification when done in combination with the other modules. Alternatively this course can be registered as Yoga Alliance YACEP continuing education.
