The training course is led by Yaisa Nio and hosted by Peak Physique Hot Yoga in Brighton, South Australia.
history & philosophy of yin yoga
introduction to daoism and yin & yang
the five chinese elements and the principal energy channels
yin yoga anatomy including fascia and anatomy trains
yin yoga poses and sequencing
six 90-minute yin yoga classes (in-person, during the course)
eight 75-minute yin yoga classes (live-streamed or online library before or after the course)

Friday 30 June, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July 2023.
Each day we start at 11 am and finish at 6 pm.
The training course takes place at the Peak Physique studio in Brighton. Each training day includes presentations, workshops, a yin practice and (lunch)breaks. Snacks are provided by Peak Physique.
The live-streamed or online library classes are to be completed outside of the course, either before or after the course and are a requirement to receive the course certificate. Yaisa will provide you with access to the Yoga with Yaisa online library once your deposit is paid.

4 hours of self-study/reflection/homework

This yin yoga course is for any student of yoga who wants to deepen their yin yoga practice and knowledge. For yoga teachers this training is a quality continuing education course and a valuable expansion of their yoga teaching skills
